Emmanuel Oguafor
Founder & Managing Director
Emmanuel leads TradeBridge's overall strategy, international business development, major commercial relationships, transaction approval, capital allocation, banking, partnerships and governance. He brings direct experience of UK-Nigeria commercial corridors and a deep understanding of the structural challenges facing cross-border trade in emerging markets. As Founder, he retains overall responsibility for the strategic and commercial direction of the company.
Vicar Foye
Head of Operations, Legal & Compliance
Vicar oversees TradeBridge's operational framework, legal compliance and regulatory controls. He is responsible for ensuring that all transactions are executed within the company's governance framework, that counterparty and product verification processes are properly applied, and that the company's compliance obligations across UK and Nigerian jurisdictions are met. He also supports the development of internal processes, documentation standards and the Trade Assurance Protocol.
